Frequently asked questions

Filter results as you type. Use Enter/Space to toggle an item. Links work via URL hash.

  1. Complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 2–3 minutes.
  2. Follow the “Open your dashboard” button in the email to set your password.
  3. After signing in, your course modules unlock immediately (live sessions appear under Schedule).

If you don’t see the email, check spam/promotions and search for “LearnClay”. You can also request a new sign-in link from the Ask form.

We accept major credit/debit cards. Apple Pay / Google Pay may appear automatically depending on your device and browser.

  • Receipts are emailed instantly after checkout.
  • If you need an invoice with business details, request it via the Ask form.
  • For card verification issues, try a different browser/device or confirm billing address matches your bank.

Refunds are available in these cases:

  • Within 7 days of purchase and before attending any live session: full refund.
  • After attending a live session or accessing more than 25% of modules: partial refund may apply.
  • Technical issues preventing access: we’ll first help you resolve them, then refund if unresolved.

Processing time: typically 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Live session start times are stored in a reference time zone and displayed in your local time zone automatically.

  • If you travel, your device time zone change will update session times on next refresh.
  • Add sessions to your calendar from the dashboard to avoid confusion.
  • Missed a session? Replays are usually available within 24 hours.

Yes. We use Zoom for live demos and Q&A. You’ll see the meeting link inside your dashboard about 30 minutes before start time.

You don’t need a kiln to start learning. Many students use a local studio for firing (often called “community firing” or “kiln share”).

Beginner kit
  • Stoneware clay (or air-dry for practice)

First, try requesting a new sign-in link from the email you used at checkout.

  • Use an incognito/private window to eliminate extensions.
  • Disable VPN temporarily (some providers block auth requests).
  • Clear site data for the platform domain and try again.

If your purchase email differs from your preferred email, send both addresses in the Ask form and we’ll merge access.

Yes. Once you complete the core module set, a downloadable certificate becomes available in your dashboard.

  • Your name comes from your profile—double-check spelling before generating.
  • If you want a business-name version, request it via the Ask form.
